Refund Policy
NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:
• Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• Products must have the original packaging and tags intact. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return or exchange requests not raised within 48 hours of receiving the product will not be accepted.
• Approved return or exchange requests will be picked up within 5-7 days.
• Alterations for blouses or customized orders will be done only once. Any additional alterations, along with courier charges, must be borne by the customer.
• Products purchased during sales are non-refundable.
• Pre-draped sarees cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Credit notes of the corresponding amount will be issued within 7 working days after the returned product is received by us. That credit note will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Domestic Orders:
Cancellation Policy
• If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
• Credit notes of the corresponding amount will be issued within 7 working days after the order has been cancelled.
Return Policy
• If you receive a product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package and mail us at contact@esenatextiles.com, mentioning your Order ID. A replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
• Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
• Raise your return request within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
• For damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing contact@esenatextiles.com with your Order ID and an image or video of the defect. A replacement or refund will be provided after the pickup is completed.
• If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, the entire amount will be refunded.
• Once we receive the returned products, our team will conduct a quality check.
• Refunds will be processed for the product value only, excluding shipping charges.
• Credit notes of the corresponding amount will be issued within 7 working days after the returned product is received by us. That credit note will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
• Credit notes cannot be encashed later.
• If reverse pick-up services are unavailable in your location, you will need to self-ship the product. A maximum reimbursement of ₹150 will be issued as a credit note for reverse shipping.
• Exchange policies do not apply to international customers.
• For COD orders, a refund link will be sent to the registered email and contact number. If the link is not redeemed within 3 months, you can contact customer service for a new link.
Exchange Policy
• Raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Approval emails will be sent within 48 hours if the request is accepted. A credit note for the product price will be issued within 3-4 days after the product is picked up.
• A pickup will be arranged, and a label will be sent via email. Attach the label to the package for reverse pickup.
• Include the following details on the package:
o Order Number and Name used when placing the order.
o Shipping Address:

• Ensure the original product tags and packaging remain intact.
• Return or exchange requests raised after 10 days of receiving the shipment will not be accepted. For exceptional cases, email us at contact@esenatextiles.com.
• You will be notified once we receive your shipment.
• If reverse pick-up services are unavailable in your location, you will need to self-ship the product. A maximum reimbursement of ₹150 will be issued as a credit note for reverse shipping.
• Exchanges will not be accepted for customized products.
• Credit notes of any differential amount will be issued within 7 working days after the returned product is received by us.
• Credit notes, once issued, cannot be encashed.
• Products purchased during sales are non-refundable.
